EMDR therapy

Another way to work with what still feels present.

Wendy is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a structured approach that can help people process distressing experiences and the patterns that may continue to affect the present. EMDR is one of several approaches that may be considered together, based on your needs and goals.
